If we start to notice patterns, we can start to breakdown negative body image while it's happening. What prompted this: Noticing how the perception of my body had changed in just a matter of hours after working out. Workshop it: Next time you catch yourself with bad body image - start to think about what else is going on in your life (what have you eaten, how have you moved - or not moved, your mood, etc.).
