Dr. Jay Johannsen has been in the business of taking care of people since 1993 when he graduated from massage therapy school while completing undergraduate studies. With nearly 30 years of experience and delivering over $5,000-$15,000 per month of free care in his clinic, he knows giving firsthand. As a young adult spending six months living homelessly Dr. Johannsen can empathize and sympathize with those in need. It was from the kindness of others that he was able to find the resources needed to change his life. In the past, he has been a motorcycle tour guide, martial arts practitioner, carpenter, real estate investor, white water rafter, cook, rock climber, van lifer, semi-professional bicycle racer, adventurer, follower, and now a leader. Dr. Johannsen is one of the founders of Community HealthCare Resources and now becomes Executive Director. His current mission is to grow the network of clinics, doctors, and specialists for Community HealthCare Resources.
