We have a tendency to hold onto negative emotions for quite a long time. Negative emotions are actually killing off our cells and when you have the tools to 'let go', your cells return to normal and your body thrives. We are only hurting ourselves by holding onto the anger, hurt, grief or whatever emotion you are holding onto. The weird thing is, that there are times we think we let it go...we forgave and moved on BUT the energy of the emotion is still in our body! The body remembers every single experience we have had and even if the mind has moved on the body has held onto it. This will cause blockages in our natural flow of energy - our natural healing that our body can do on its own. When you let go of what no longer serves you, there is a sense of calmness as the energy around and within you begins to flow as it should be. You are able to let go of your stress - which also causes havoc in your body!
