The Abyss and the Pit of the Abyss

Ron Wallace teaches about the "abyss" of Revelation 17:8 and the "pit of the abyss" of Revelation 9:1, and shows us that they are different. Basically, the term "abyss" is sometimes used in general as a synonym for "hades".
