Kelly takes us down the path on the many mistakes (which he owns) while owning a brewery, and goes over what the future of New Braunfels will look like as they continue down the road of open culture brewing.

Kelly talks about his book, beer fan culture, and how some mistakes in the past continue to haunt him as he continues running a brewery. Kelly is the kind of guy who will take what you say and want to know where you're coming from, by inviting you over for a beer to talk about it.
