Scott hangs out with old college buddies who came together this last year to train and coach a high school hoops team (Cave Spring HS) out of Roanoke, Virginia to a state championship. We talk about the specifics of the training as well as the difference Coach Gruse saw in his team. Coach Lambo breaks down his training approach then we get to talk about the state championship run and bring on another college friend who got to critic the crazyness of Coach Gruse during the games!
