In this episode we speak with Helen Hall, the CEO of Blender Bombs and the 80x20 Market, whose first product exploded onto the food scene in 2017. After crash and fad diets failed to keep the weight off, Helen created Blender Bombs as an easier way to add more healthy, plant-based foods to her diet. A Personal Trainer at the time, her clients loved them too, and before she knew it, a company was born. We discuss how she started the company, the steps she's taking to grow the business, what it's like working side-by-side with her fiancé (oh, and throwing planning a wedding into the mix), and what it takes overall to be an entrepreneur in the difficult-to-navigate, razor-thin profit margin food industry.
