Brett Sparnon is a father, husband, exercise physiologist by trade, specialising in workplace, health and wellbeing fields. Brett also has excellent leadership credentials in local community, sports and business. We discussed a book written by James Kerr called "Legacy" which is about the New Zealand All Blacks and their driving culture to be the best both on and off the field. We also discussed Bretts attempt at an ironman, what went wrong and the road to completing one later this year.
