In this week's solo setting Kristen dives deep into how to practice intentional goal setting. We all have wants and desires; but simply wanting is not enough. We need to shift our vibration, align with who we are and what we value, and direct our awareness and intention to the thoughts, feelings, and actions that get us on the journey (not JUST to the destination) of where we want to go!
Wild women at their CORE are keen, sensing, knowing a protector and a fighter when it comes to what is theirs. Why would we live our life any other way??!
We have the power to go far beyond what has been laid out for us.
We deserve AND have all the knowing and capabilities to design and craft our experience through our feelings, thoughts, behaviors.
This episode outlines the following steps:
- Craft a list of 15-20 goals/hopes you wish to accomplish in the next year
- Shine a spotlight on the 3-5
- Get curious about WHY you want those things: What about that experience/situation /goal feels good within you? What values can you connect to this goal/desire?
- List your INTENTIONS
- Accountability to YOU: Schedule it! Intentions must be scheduled and prioritized
