Episode 185 of the Fit Father Project Podcast is about family fitness and how the family that trains together stays together!

In this episode, you’ll meet Fit Father Brandon, a man who, at a young age, took a deep look at his life and health and decided to do something about it.

Brandon’s father had open heart surgery when he was just 40, so when Brandon was approaching 35, he realized he wasn’t happy with himself and the way he was neglecting his health.

He had a young, active family, and he wanted to keep up with them and more importantly, be there for them.

He knew he needed to do something, but he didn’t know where to start. Then, as he says, he found divine intervention.

He came across the Fit Father Project scrolling through Facebook and was immediately drawn to all the success stories from men like him.

When he read Dr A’s origin story, he felt a strong connection and he dove into the program.

Now, he’s down over 60 pounds, has dropped some bad habits, and his wife is killing it on the Fit Mother Project as well.

It’s a great story of a young couple coming together to build a bright future for their family!
