⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ That's the reason why I love this program. Ever since I started talking to you, I realized all the unhealthy habits I've been developing over the years for different reasons, and it is very easy to blame my job (that sometimes sucks) or the people around me. But the truth is sometimes I say yes and overload myself with things trying to be superwoman, I guess idk... to prove things I don't have to because I am enough. I know you dedicate your time to this, but I just want to say thank you because you have really changed my life big time. I don't take anything you teach me for granted, and I see this program as a change for a good, healthy lifestyle. Not a diet, not a workout program but a healthy lifestyle (very wholesome ) And you do it with passion, and it shows! So again, thank you. Well... that's my daily report.
