MY PERFECT DAY
- Wake up at 5am (certainty)
- Meditate (significance, uncertainty)
- Spend time with my dogs (Love & Connection)
- Do some yoga (significance)
- Feed my horses and dogs and spend time with them (love & Connection Contribution)
- Come and in and Read for 20-30mins (growth)
- Work (contribution, growth, significance, uncertainty)
- Feed the horses and dogs again (love and connection & Contribution)
- Eat dinner with family with no distraction (love and connection)
- Spend more time with family and RELAX (significance, love & connection, uncertainty)
- Be in bed by 9:30 pm (certainty)
