A had this conversation with an old friend of mine discussing the benefits on supplementing with protein powder. From there we discussed which types of protein powder there is on the market and which may be more beneficial for males or females of any ethnic background.
As we know, our gut and digestion of supplements is processed individually. Which explains why some can handle whey type of protein (sourced by dairy) and others cannot.
