We have some very special guests, Dave Reggina and Mike Parelli from the No Snooze Podcast came down to Hilton Head to join us. If you haven’t heard of the No Snooze podcast, Mike and Dave talk about life, business, motivation, and now as new dads, parenting from their perspective. Time management is an incredible asset to posses. It's much easier to talk about than it is to actually execute on. Beav gives some great insight on how his time management has changed and evolved, especially now with a 3rd baby girl.
The guys get deep on starting, and running different businesses, looking forward even after job promotions or awards, and how and why they keep moving forward. Much of this is from how they were parented and the experiences they had growing up, even in very different situations, but the end results become the same. Hard work and motivation can’t always be taught, but it can be passed down.
