Grief is the companion to Love. Allowing ourselves to grieve wholly is key to living a full life. Estelle Bingham talks to psychotherapist and soul activist Francis Weller whose life-long work on grief and shame has profoundly inspired her own work. Together they talk about how we can experience the full range of our grief, how shame can hold us prisoner and discovering our indigenous soul. Francis also describes his project to create a ‘personal village’ of friends to love and hold him through periods of loss and how he has found deep intimacy in nature.
