She is a first-gen college graduate, Latina, entrepreneur, podcaster and space rocket engineer. She works with women who desire to break generational curses by teaching them how to advocate for themselves in salary negotiations.

Taylor Gilbert is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and personal finance blogger at Social Work to Wealth. On her blog, she shares resources and lessons learned on her family's journey to paying off $277,000 of debt and retiring early. Her goal is to empower social workers through financial education and salary advocacy.
