Josh says that it's anything that white people own/claimed as theirs, Michael says it's anywhere where the values and beliefs serve whiteness and Dani says that it's everywhere white people are... This week we're venting about navigating in white spaces and why it's important to have spaces that cater to people of color. It's taxing dealing with the emotional gymnastics that it takes to exist within them, and this is on top of average work and personal stressors.
