I saw a quote on Instagram that said in essence 'holding safe space' for your clients is holding them back. & I'm HERE FOR THIS! In this episode I'll go into detail on why I think this quote is so on par, & how as coaches it's our responsibility to let all the things happen to our clients so that we create empowered, independent, students from our coaching containers.
