So many woman have lived their lives trying to be nice, to accommodate, to please- being seen and not heard. Or they feel the responsibilities of being the nurturer or the caregiver- where to be angry may come with guilt or shame.
We want our anger to be a creative force, one that guides us inward to a solution - our solution. This process is different for everyone. We want to show something useful for the expense of our anger. It is time we use our anger as a creative force in our lives.

- Be with our anger: allow ourselves the feeling
- Feel and process it in a way that is healthy and serves a greater good
- Choosing the healthy ways we can use to express our anger
