Nadia works using a Human-Centered Design approach to help organizations become sustainably and socially successful by developing and implementing business plans that work and finding innovative alternatives with actionable solutions to the challenges they are trying to tackle.

Previously, she worked in consumer research and product development at P&G, started up her own businesses, and picked up business knowledge from INSEAD. She has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas, an MBA from INSEAD, and a Certificate in Social Sector Leadership from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
