Sadly the older we get, the more sedate a life we lead. We start spending more time than we used to in front of the TV or on our tablets browsing the web. Technology is fantastic we no longer have to go out to see and talk to our friends we can do it from the comfort of our living room with a glass of wine and a bar of chocolate. We start to gain all those extra pounds, at first we hardly notice but over time we have to buy larger size clothing; we begin to get out of breath walking upstairs, and generally, we feel like doing less which makes the weight gain even worse. Ignoring this weight gain leads to a lack of self-confidence you no longer can buy the clothing you would like to as it does not look good on a larger person and it can lead to some serious health complications. We can do something about the weight gain by taking control of our eating and activity. If you don't have the self-discipline and willpower needed then consider hiring a Life Coach to help you. My alternative coaching methods are perfect for those who need structure and accountability to lose weight but don't want to join in group activities or go to a gym but prefer the privacy of their own home.
