This year for the World Mental health day, the campaign theme of the World health organization (WHO) is 'Mental health at work'.

A part of their message reads

*It is essential for governments, employers, the organizations which represent workers and employers, and other stakeholders responsible for workers’ health and safety to work together to improve mental health at work. Action to address mental health at work should be done with the meaningful involvement of workers and their representatives, and persons with lived experience of mental health conditions. *

What is the condition of mental health at work?How responsible are the stakeholders? Why is it in the condition it is now? What is the way forward?

Come let us discuss and brainstorm on one of the most important aspects of our present day for IT employees our 'mental well being'.

The union of IT and ITEs employees conducted a seminar on the WHO theme of the year 'Mental health at work '.

Dr. Aravaindan was the keynote speaker who spoke and answered questions in mental health for over an hour.
