Zurlo also teaches at many Design Schools in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, China, Japan, France, Spain, and Portugal, and is author of numerous publications about strategic design.

During this conversation, Francesco shares some of his views on innovation, uncertainty, the strategic position of designers in companies, and even how design can learn from Japanese concept "Ikagai."
