We’re taking apart the buzzword of the last 5 years and exploring self-care. Our way isn’t sexy but it feels good. We’re unpacking the myths, messages and decisions.
The rundown for this episode looks like this:
- Who do you have on speed dial? Your mum? Your best friend? Maybe your doctor?
Chrissy has the best “power phrase” to use when you are running a little late (which we always are) and need to sound fancy AF.
