The second Alumni Insights episode welcomes Xiaoyu Hu (Shawn) who transitioned from working in a laboratory to working as an account manager and product specialist at ArcDia International. The second guest is Mariia Andreeva who studied the Baltic Sea region and is now employed as a Communications Coordinator at the Union of the Baltic Sea (UBC) - Sustainable Cities Commission. In this episode, they discuss career paths and career transition, but also how to network and to be active and efficient in your job research.
