In 2016, Amany "Cash Money" Ishaq ran the race of her life and finished the Louisiana Marathon as the first-place, female finisher with a time just short of 3 hours and 8 minutes. But, before she achieved what many runners can only dream of, the Universe shook the foundation of Amany's life and lobbed one tragedy after another her way.
