From Ep 173 We've always been fans of Boswell Brasserie Artisanale and have visited their Plateau Mont-Royal location innumerous times since it opened 8 years ago. When we heard that Boswell would take over Boutique Cheers' taproom and boutique in St-Bruno, we were excited to see how it would turn out. In this interview, Karp speaks to co-owner and co-founder Nicolas Paquet about this new 2nd location and rediscovers some classic craft beers.
