In this episode, I'm talking with Kirstin Gooldy who is a business leader, board member of multiple companies and, what she describes as an intuitive advisor and modern-day shaman.

Having followed the normal career path, Kirstin found herself successful – in a male-dominated industry - but stressed, depressed and at risk of losing her family.

She realised that there had to be a different way.

Kirstin had always been an intuitive child, but this intuition had been blocked through a combination of childhood trauma and social conditioning. By reconnecting to her true self she has found a better way to be and now helps business leaders connect with their true selves and become more empathetic and powerful in the process creating a win/win/win environment.

In our conversation, we explore many areas including:

- the impact a toxic environment can have on your health;

- finding the positive possibility in every moment of chaos; and

- the rewards that can come from listening to your intuition, as opposed to taking the obvious route.
