We come to you live from the Goethe-Institut where Media Monitoring Africa is hosting the 2024 Media Freedom Festival. This year the event takes place under the theme, “Media for Democracy: Ensuring Access, Accountability and Integrity in Journalism”.

They go on to say that they have partnered with leading organisations committed to collaboratively amplifying media freedom and human rights to make the festival more impactful.
