We have the local & legendary historian Brad Gonzalez on to discuss the proxy war that we in the US have found ourselves in the midst of. The lies from top-to-bottom, along with the supply of weaponry, signify the lobbying of warmongers. Propaganda is of course always a key player amidst the game of war, which prompts Tyler & Brad to discuss “RT” and other examples of polarization towards the pro-capitalist western world. Ironically, Russian culture often mirrors the likes of a westernized society post-communism, and Brad tells us to look up cultural representations such as this to witness evidence of this phenomena as well as gain insight of the similarities between Russia & the US. In the west it may not seem as though we exhibit imperialistic behavior, but to the rest of the world we could perhaps be perceived as a wolf in sheep’s clothing -- and the same may be true for other nations, such as Russia.
