It made international headlines that a country was practically crippled because a phone and internet company went down last week. Yes, Canada essentially came to a standstill when one of the big service providers went offline. It shutdown small businesses, prevented calls from getting through to 9-1-1, people couldn't post pics of their food on Instagram and even The Weeknd's concert was cancelled in Toronto. But Jeremy Bradley doesn't have much sympathy for the companies and organizations that put, as they say, all their eggs in one basket. In fact, JB says they should've known better because there always needs to be a backup plan. JB recounts moments in his professional career where he learned that the hard way.
