It was the summer of the strike. Workers in a variety of industries either walked off the job or threatened strike action in recent months. Jeremy Bradley talks about workers agreeing to certain pay and benefit arrangements when taking the job but then coming forward down the road and complaining they were insufficient -- or at least haven't kept up with the times. JB wonders if this new strike trend will continue or if people will eventually find new work if they're unhappy with their current arrangement. He discusses the "pandemic cojones" people had when they reassessed their job situation and, in some cases, made drastic changes to their career. Although, it seems to be a rite of passage to complain about your job with co-workers so maybe people should just shut up and deal with what they've agreed to.
