Much has been made about the cost of, well, everything in recent months. Jeremy Bradley takes aim at big corporations making billions in profits yet offering their products and services at prices that consumers find ridiculous. (Makes sense why they're experiencing record profits, right?) Surveys show people have changed the way they spend but is it because they can't afford to buy as much or are they putting their foot down and sending a message to those greedy companies? Later, JB comments on tipping and how consumers are pressured by service workers to give lots no matter the quality of their work/efforts. Is too much emphasis put on tipping and less on providing a good customer experience? JB shares his thoughts.
