Hour 3: Major PA Supreme Court Decision: Steve Ulrich of Politics PA writes: “By a 4-3 vote, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court vacated a decision by the state’s Commonwealth Court, finding it unconstitutional for undated mail ballots to be counted.
