About David Sanford…

David graduated from Liberty University and holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. David is currently serving in the Virginia Army National Guard.

He is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, business owner, mentor, coach, and military veteran who is all about life, success, and overall happiness.

In 2015 he and his wife started investing in real estate by buying up properties at a discount, renovating them, and then finding great tenants to fill their units. They pride themselves in providing modern, safe, affordable housing to help better their community.

In December of 2016, they had their first child. This miracle boosted his motivation for building long-term wealth through real estate. Fast forward to today, they have a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio and have provided thousands of dollars in profits to all their great investors.
