10: Why Pride Matters So F'ing Much

This is an emotional one people! 2020 is one hell of a year and one of the biggest things it's reinforcing for me is that we have to stand together in the fight against discrimination, prejudice and injustice. This episode has been created at a time when not only are we dealing with a global pandemic but we are protesting all around the world in response to the murder of George Floyd and many other black people in the USA. I stand in full support of the Black Lives Matter movement and I'm committed to ensuring my business is inclusive and I support and collaborate with more black owned businesses. I have anti-racism work to do...of that I am acutely aware. In this episode I talk about what Pride is and what it definitely is not and why it matters more now than ever that we continue to march and we continue to celebrate and we continue to fight for equality and freedom.
