In a shocking turn of events, the Alec Baldwin case was dismissed due to a failure of the prosecution to provide full discovery to the defense. Erlinda Ocampo Johnson gave the opening statement in the prosecution of Baldwin. But when she learned critical evidence was withheld, she urged her colleagues to dismiss the case. And when they would not, she withdrew. Erlinda joins us to discuss this extraordinary act of legal courage.
