On Episode 4 we interview former player, Paul Wood - once known as the toughest man in sport, on the inside, he was struggling with lots of issues around his mental health. Paul now works delivering mental health training, giving thousands of people the benefit of his experience and turning the negative of his struggles into the positive of helping others.
