In a statement released earlier today, ANC acting national spokesperson Zuko Godlimpi said the resignation is with immediate effect after the secretary-general of the ANC, Fikile Mbalula, received a letter from Zizi Kodwa formally communicating his resignation as a member of parliament. Equal Education and other civil society organisations called for Zizi’s removal
