Ashwagandha. Everything I read states you shouldn’t take it for more than three months straight. I stopped taking it almost two months ago, and now the insomnia has set in. Yes, last night awake at 3AM and roamed around till 5AM. Once bask asleep, I slept till 745! I’ll be buying another bottle of Ashwagandha later today so that I can sleep through the night!
