Moving from employee to business owner and solo-preneur to successful business leader requires a mindset shift before the actual growth happens. I didn’t believe it initially because when I started my business, I had no idea about being a CEO of my own business. I didn’t grow up with an entrepreneur household. Both my parents, my siblings and most of my friends are all working employees. So, I didn’t know much about mindset at all. Key factors to consider are your strengths and how you can leverage these as you move forward. Because in every stage of your business, our mindset will be different. Things that worked for us then might not work for us now. We want to be able to shift our mindset accordingly.
So, today I want to share three key shifts that I personally have experienced that have helped me which, I hope, will help you as well. These are the key factors to grow a successful business.
