In this episode, I caught up with my friend Ross Cameron who is both an experienced meditation practitioner and a holistic nutritionist. He has honed his meditation knowledge through teaching, coaching and several training programs while having also recently graduated from IHN for holistic nutrition and wellness. In this episode, we dive into several topics including masculinity, breathing techniques, stress release, the science of vibration as well as the more practical impacts of proper nutrition and self-love. When all was said and done, our conversation followed the central theme around the concept that taking care of our physical well being is a moving target topic, including more unexpected things to consider than simply putting something green in our belly's from time to time. The power of the mind is incredible, and this power, coincidentally, this impacts far more than our bodily functions alone.
