There’s trouble brewing on Capitol Hill, as a group of top lawmakers are banding together to attempt to block the UAP Disclosure Act of 2023, potentially one of the most significant pieces of legislation related to government and UFO transparency in the history of the U.S., from ever becoming law.

Joining us to discuss the fight for UAP transparency is Daniel Sheehan, a constitutional and public interest lawyer, political activist and educator who has participated in several legal cases of public interest, including the Pentagon Papers and the Watergate Break-In case. Sheehan joins us, along with Kevin Wright, a public issue advocate, founder of Solve Advocacy, and Director of Public Relations for the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies (SCU) to outline the current fight over the UAP Disclosure Amendment, and what it means for the effort to end decades of government stonewalling on UAP secrecy.
