In the end she decided to return to her manufacturing roots and become the 3rd generation to lead BTM Industries. As a woman who has spent her entire career in a "non-traditional" role, she is passionate about encouraging others to do the same, and has become an outspoken advocate for the industry and all it has to offer job seekers.
