In this episode of ‘The Live Free Experience,’ Briana Bowley chats with 3 x World Champion K1 fighter and silent assassin, Tina Sougleris on all things K1, boxing and how she found the sport she now lives and breathes!

Training out of Red Star Training Centre, South Australia, Tina Sougleris holds an impressive number of titles to her name. As K1 Open and ISKA 3 x world champion, WKA Australian Champion and IKBF State Champion, Tina is a force to be reckoned with in women’s sport.

Beginning her kickboxing journey purely for fitness, Tina quickly fell in love and never looked back. She describes her fighting style as heavy handed and K1 / Dutch style and her favourite fighters include Ramon Dekkers, Vas Lomenchenko, Tyson, Zambidis and Mohammed Jaraya.

Tina’s ultimate goal is to land a fight on a big overseas promotion.
