As a health empowerment coach, Greta has over a decade of experience working in the public health system helping people to manage and prevent chronic disease, injury, and disability. Greta completed a Bachelor of Applied Science, a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise Science, before going on to pursue her true passion of integrative and holistic health studying through Wellness Coaching Australia, and Health Coaching through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. She is passionate about inspiring women to empower themselves in their health, create a healthy lifestyle they love, and heal imbalances as naturally as possible. Greta has experienced several challenges on her own health journey including healing naturally from grade 3 pre-cancerous cells.
