Dr. Alexandria Rutherford grew up in Texas and completed medical school at UT Houston within the renowned Texas Medical Center, the world's largest. Practicing as a physician in Montana for nearly six years now, she found her way to Big Sky Country through a travel assignment and was captivated by the state's stunning landscapes. Dr. Rutherford is an avid enthusiast of various outdoor activities and dedicates time to daily physical exercise. Outside of work, you can often find her exploring miles in GNP, paddle boarding on local lakes, or cherishing moments with her rescue cat, Lexi. She is deeply committed to helping Montanans lead healthier lives by promoting increased physical activity and better dietary choices. In 2024, she ventured into her first pageant with aspirations of becoming the first medical doctor to be crowned Miss Montana and potentially the first physician to compete in the Miss USA competition.
