With his knowledge and expertise in native Farsi and Iranian affairs, he managed to to work closely on : nuclear non-proliferation, ballistic missiles, sanctions, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the foreign and security policy of the Islamic Republic, and internal Iranian politics.
