"In one moment, I {Robert Paylor} was in the best day of my life, competing for a collegiate rugby national championship. In the next moment, my life changed forever. I suffered a spinal cord injury in the first minutes of the game and was told that I would never walk or move my hands for the rest of my life.

Through grueling work and an unbreakable vision, I defied the odds. I have graduated from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, am winning the fight to walk on my own again, and I live each day driven with gratitude and optimism.

We all have challenges and goals, you can just see mine. Whether our challenges are visible or not, the approach to overcoming adversity is universal. The tools I use to overcome quadriplegia can be used by all to optimally perform. It is my passion and purpose to share the methods I use to battle paralysis, so we can all achieve our goals, no matter how daunting they may seem."
