It’s a bumper episode as George Groves and Dec Taylor are joined by journalist and author Don McRae.

The brilliant mind behind genre defining books including Dark Trade, in this episode Don shares incredible stories about spending time with the likes of Mike Tyson, Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk and breaks down about the art of writing books and how to get the most of interviews.

He explains how his upbringing in South Africa set him up for a life in boxing and writing, gives Dec some tips on what makes a great story and talks to George about the value in open and honest conversations with athletes.
